Welcome to a magical destination
I have been to some places in my country for some time but Quindio, the heart of the coffee region, has been a really magical destination. Quindío is a department of Colombia. It is in the western central region of the country, crossed by the Andes mountains. Its capital is Armenia.

I have gone twice to spend my vacation there. With my family we have visited the Cocora Valley with big palm trees that are high enough to impress you. This place has been attracting a lot of attention from tourists in recent months, as its beautiful scenery has inspired the Disney movie 'Encanto'. When you arrive at the place you can enjoy the beautiful view, take amazing pictures and buy some souvenirs and food in small stores that people have been creating around the place.
I have also known the most beautiful place in there, it's a popular town for tourists named Salento a town of many colors and stories, backed by one of the most mesmerizing landscapes we’ve ever seen. Here you can enjoy the colorful streets, good coffee and many stores that have been working to transmit the essence of our country in their handicrafts.

These are just some of the plans you can make here, I hope I've given you a taste of what it's like to be here. It is an experience too meaningful to pass up.
